Our client, a small and growing credit union in southern Maine, is seeking its first Member Engagement Manager. This role will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with current members, enhancing member satisfaction and driving engagement through innovative programs and services. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional member experiences, and working to improve engagement strategies that align with the credit union’s values and goals.

Key competencies include:

  • 3+ years’ experience in member services
  • customer relationship management or external business development experience within the financial services or credit union industry
