Digital Banking and Treasury Operations Manager, Maine based community bank in Southern Maine

Our client, a Maine based community bank, is seeking a Digital Banking and Treasury Operations Manager to lead a critical, customer-facing segment of the bank’s operations. This role will serving as both a strategic driver and operational expert, managing and optimizing day-to-day payment processes, advancing the Bank’s digital banking capabilities, enhancing fraud operations,  and supporting cash management services.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in banking operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on payments, cash management, fraud or digital banking.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems (ACH, Fedwire, SWIFT, RTP, etc.), cash management products, and online banking platforms.
  • Strong understanding of regulations and standards relevant to bank operations as overseen by regulatory bodies such as the FDIC, FFIEC and NACHA
  • Demonstrated experience in fraud prevention, risk management, and regulatory compliance related to digital banking and payments.
  • Experience working with community banks or mid-sized financial institutions is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., AAP, CTP, CFE) a plus.
