Our client, Concord Coach Lines is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee its Maine operation.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Portland, Augusta and Bangor facilities and the teams that keep them running. The person in this role will work closely with managers and department heads in Concord on staffing, service, maintenance, scheduling and operational issues.
The successful candidate will be someone with solid operational management experience who is comfortable leading people, solving problems and paying attention to the details that make a difference for customers.
This position is Portland-based, Monday–Friday, with frequent travel throughout Maine and New Hampshire.
Bachelor’s degree required; transportation, hospitality or similar experience is a plus.
The anticipated base salary range is $120-$150K annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
