A well-established Maine-based community bank is seeking an experienced Director of Residential Lending to lead and grow its residential mortgage division.
The successful candidate will have a proven record of building high-performing lending teams, growing production, expanding broker relationships, and improving the efficiency and profitability of a residential lending platform. This individual will play an important role in shaping the Bank’s mortgage strategy, market presence, and overall customer experience.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000–$195,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
