Atlantic Federal Credit Union is seeking an experienced and results-driven Residential Lending Sales Manager to lead its mortgage sales team and drive continued growth across the residential lending portfolio.
This role oversees mortgage production, coaches and develops a team of Mortgage Loan Originators, manages pipeline performance, and executes strategies that enhance member experience while achieving ambitious business goals. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen market presence, improve operational efficiency, and ensure compliance across all aspects of residential mortgage lending.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $90,000-124,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
