Sales Process Assessments

Implemented a Sales Process Assessment tool (SPA) tool that measures sales behaviors and drivers. The SPA results were then utilized to develop individual coaching plans to increase effectiveness in the business development teams. The tool was also deployed as a candidate selection tool for various sales roles, to identify those that would be the best cultural fit for the organization and sales style.

The SPA provides a clear and objective framework for employee development, helps identify tactics and strategies to enhance effectiveness, and facilitates alignment between the organization’s goals and individual behaviors and practices.
