Senior executive responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maximize the Bank’s deposit base by overseeing all deposit-related activities, including product development, pricing, marketing and customer relationship management. Collaboration with the CEO and COO in determining new markets to enter, and once identified, work to drive growth and achieve desired results. Responsible for instilling a unified sales culture, consistency of operations, and optimal customer experience throughout the retail franchise.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Ten or more years’ management experience in a banking environment.
- Related job experience to include business development, sales management and administration/branch management.
- Excellent sales and business development skills.
- Proven track record of achieving growth goals.
- Strong leadership and human resources skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Detail oriented, with the ability to multi-task.
- Extensive background in financial institution operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development and public relations.
- A self-starter willing to take the initiative, establish goals and coach branch staff toward exceeding established goals.
