Our client, a Maine based financial institution, headquartered in southern Maine has an opportunity for an experienced leader to oversee its Commercial Lending, Wealth Management and Insurance businesses.
This role will lead the growth and development of the commercial lending business while providing leadership to the Wealth Management and Insurance teams. The VP will be responsible for growing the commercial portfolio, developing new business and referral relationships, strengthening existing relationships, and building teams that can support continued growth. The role also provides oversight of commercial credit and underwriting, with a focus on sound loan structure, portfolio quality and risk management.
Working closely with senior leadership, the VP will help shape and execute strategies that support growth across these businesses and strengthen the organization’s presence in the markets it serves.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000-$250,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
