Our client, a well-established Maine-based electrical contractor, is seeking a Vice President of Business Operations to lead the business side of the organization and support continued growth. This senior leadership role will oversee administrative and operational support functions including finance, HR, scheduling, fleet, logistics, shop operations, safety, risk management, compliance, and business administration. The VP will work closely with the President, project managers, and field leadership to strengthen systems, improve communication, establish accountability, and ensure the organization operates effectively and efficiently.
