Atlantic Federal Credit Union is looking for an accomplished Vice President of Residential Lending to provide strategic leadership and drive continued success within its residential lending division.
This is a key leadership role that is responsible for driving strategic growth, empowering a high performing team, accelerating business development and optimizing financial and operational performance.
Key requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive residential mortgage lending leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry-recognized education and certifications.
- Demonstrated success growing mortgage production, leading sales teams, and driving business development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of residential lending operations, compliance requirements, market dynamics, and performance management.
- Proven ability to influence, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and executive presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Active NMLS registration
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $118,000-124,000 annually, depending on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
